IBGO Mentorship Network strives to create a future where youths can facilitate their own development through effective molding and interacting with like minds.
We help youth create value proposition, value enhancement, moral value restoration, ethical and ideal living impartation. IBGO Mentorship Network works in program areas such as youth entrepreneurship, empowerment, capacity building, mentorship, expertise, grassroots community mobilization and awareness, technology, and research.
Our Story
IBGO Mentorship Network was essentially established to promote youth inspiration, empowerment, enlightenment, education, mentorship and motivate the youths towards becoming national leaders imbued with the qualities of hard work, honesty, integrity, respect for the rule of law, fear of God, and patriotism.
Having considered the plights of the youths in the country and with the dire need to mitigate the challenges faced by these teeming population categories, IBGO Mentorship Network takes various actions to collaborate in several capacities with organizations that can bring capacity development, skills and encourage entrepreneurship among the youths. While the professional experience of our mentors is a key selection criterion, so is their personality.

Inspire and Empower
Mentors at IBGO Mentorship Network consist, only, of people who show a genuine desire to deliver quality life coaching and mentorship based on their pedigree and antecedence. This includes a passion for sharing their own skills, exposure, expertise, experience and lessons learnt along life’s journey to help the mentees succeed, grow and become better people.
We encourage and strengthen collective social, economic, cultural, environmental, peace and technological initiatives developed by youth themselves. We strive to remove obstacles to youth empowerment, enlightenment and exposure so that they have sustainable livelihoods and good living standards. We train, empower and equip the less privileged youths on various skills acquisition programs, in the interim, as what is immediately needed in the environment to remotely watch and help them transition to their desired destination and expertise.
